Admissions Guidance
Helping families navigate the admissions process from first steps to final submission
As a former High School Admissions and Academic Guidance coordinator, I placed the majority of our graduating 8th graders into magnet, technical, parochial, and private schools, including some of the nation's top private secondary schools, while connecting families with scholarship opportunities and a nationwide network of school representatives.

College Admissions Coaching
Comprehensive academic coaching and admissions guidance for students navigating the college application process
I help families stay organized, confident, and informed from the earliest stages of planning through final submission.
The college essay is often the single most important piece of a student's application, and it's where I spend the most time with families. I work closely with students to find their authentic voice, develop a compelling personal narrative, and craft essays that stand out to admissions committees. From the Common App personal statement through school-specific supplements, I guide every draft from brainstorm to final polish.
Beyond the essay, I help students and families with:
-
Strategic college selection and application planning
-
Common App tracking and portal organization
-
Deadline management and timeline building
-
Scholarship and financial aid navigation
-
Extracurricular mapping and activity development
Throughout the process, I maintain close collaboration with students and their families, as well as with school staff members and representatives from colleges and scholarship organizations, ensuring a coordinated, informed approach that helps students present their strongest possible applications.

Private School Admissions Coaching
Comprehensive academic coaching and admissions guidance for students navigating the parochial and private school application process
I help families stay organized, confident, and informed from the earliest stages of planning through final submission.
Choosing the right school is one of the most consequential decisions a family can make, and it's where my guidance begins. I help families identify schools that are the right academic, social, and extracurricular fit for their child, not just the most competitive option. From there, I work with students on personal essay development and interview preparation, including mock interviews designed to build confidence and help students present themselves authentically.
Services also include:
-
SAO (Standard Application Online) tracking and portal organization
-
Deadline management and application planning
-
Extracurricular mapping and activity development

Students I have worked with have also been accepted to top Catholic and parochial schools, including Delbarton, Immaculata, Saint Vincent Academy, St. Benedict's Preparatory School, Oak Knoll School of the Holy Child, and Oratory Preparatory School.
I have also guided students through the competitive admissions process for magnet and vocational-technical programs, including Union County Vocational-Technical High School, Essex County Newark Tech, and the Essex County Donald M. Payne, Sr. School of Technology.
On the college side, students I have worked with have gone on to attend Princeton, Georgia Tech, Villanova, Howard University, Rutgers, and more. Many have received merit-based scholarship awards to support their education.
