Tutoring sessions are offered in individual or small-group formats (3 students maximum) unless otherwise specified.
Rates are based on one student per hour on an as-needed basis, but may be adjusted based on number of students, duration of individual session (1 vs. 2 hours), and duration of curriculum plan.
Weekly/monthly pricing plans upon request.

Gen. Ed. - Elementary (K-5)

English/Language Arts - Phonics, Reading, Writing

7+ years of experience preparing elementary students for the writing and language arts sections of the NJASK, PARCC, and NJSLA state tests.

Strong emphasis on root words, prefixes, and suffixes for Verbal section preparation.
Focused instruction on SSAT-specific test-taking strategies, pacing, and time management.

6+ cumulative years of experience teaching formal classroom SAT/ACT summer courses at a tutoring center, as well as private individual and small-group tutoring.

Strong emphasis on evidence-based reading, grammar conventions, and precision in written responses.
Focused instruction on ACT/SAT-specific test-taking strategies, pacing, and time management.
